For the man being formed to walk with others — and, in time, to lead the work.
You’ve done your own work, or you’re well into it, and something in you wants to turn and reach back — to walk with other men the way someone walked with you. This path is formation for that: not a certificate to collect, but a man being shaped to be trusted with another man’s story.
We form shepherds through deepened story work, supervised practice, and the same confessional honesty we ask of everyone. Formation here is slow and relational, because the work is.
As men are formed, some begin to lead under supervision. Trainee-led groups and conversations are offered at a reduced investment — real work, held by a man being formed, overseen by certified leaders. It’s how the path widens: those who’ve walked it help carry others down it.
