Walk With Me
"The path is ancient. The steps are yours."
"Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls." — Jeremiah 6:16
Two men left Jerusalem on the worst afternoon of their lives, and a Stranger drew near and walked with them — and their hearts began to burn. That road is where this study begins, because walking is the Bible's first picture of life with God. Walk With Me traces one road through two great movements: the Walk itself — what it means to walk with God, choose at the crossroads, be pruned, and bear fruit — and the Companion on the road — the God whose two names, Elohim and Adonai, tell one story of justice and mercy meeting. It ends where the Emmaus road ends: with men who go back and tell what they have seen.
